Job Description Job Description Join our expanding manufacturing team in Las Vegas Help us support growth by keeping production assets reliable and safe. As a Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you’ll handle installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial systems. Compensation: $26–$36/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Location: Las Vegas, NV Core responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime. Develop, maintain, and follow SOPs and JSAs. Program PLCs and support controls-related adjustments. Record daily maintenance and repair activities. Communicate clearly with Production Associates and Management. Secure and maintain tools; keep work areas clean. Follow all safety procedures and PPE guidelines. Assist with training when requested. Order tools and parts for machinery inventory. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications Knowledge or experience in one or more: Electrical; Mechanical; Hydraulics & pneumatics; Plumbing; Carpentry; HVAC; Welding; Piping systems; PLC programming. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. High school diploma or equivalent (technical schooling preferred). Manual dexterity for machinery and computer operation. Lift up to 30 pounds. Consistent attendance during scheduled shifts. Physical demands & environment Standard manufacturing setting. Frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds. Use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots. Preferred proficiency HVAC PLC troubleshooting Pneumatic systems Electrical/electronic systems Boiler troubleshooting Equipment & technologies Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Ready to apply?
