Job Description Job Description Assistant Project Manager - Plumbing Position Overview We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will support the Project Manager in overseeing plumbing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of plumbing projects for multifamily and single-family residences. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in budget management and cost control for plumbing projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of experience in project management within the plumbing or construction industry. Knowledge of plumbing systems and codes, as well as HVAC and fire protection systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
