Location: On-Site – Las Vegas, NV Salary Range: $70k – $85k/year Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required. 5 years in Accrual Accounting, with experience in General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting, and AP-related responsibilities. 3 years of experience in Variance Analysis (budget vs. actuals), reconciling Balance Sheets, and preparing P&L statements. They’re headquartered here in Las Vegas and are seeking an established Staff Accountant to join their team. About the Role The company is hiring a Senior Accountant to assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day accounting initiatives in Fixed Assets, General Ledger, AP, preparing financial statements, and more. This role will also assist with special projects, including taking the lead on several initiatives tied to a new ERP migration. Responsibilities General Ledger accounting to include reviewing and posting journal entries, managing fixed assets, and reconciling bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts. Assisting with month-end and year-end processes, conducting variance analysis, and handling audit-related duties. Preparing financial statements, specifically the P&L.
