Compassion Attentiveness Empathy Our dedicated Caregiver provide the best elder care in our amazing community of Villa Court Assisted Living and Memory Care of Las Vegas. Our team makes a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community . A Caregiver/Med Tech provides assistive care encompassing all adult daily living skills , Activities of Daily Living (ADL) , recreational, and socialization. Not only is our work emotionally rewarding, we provide great benefits as well: Medical, Dental, vision, 401K, PTO , and more! Some of the tasks: Assist residents with ADL's, bathing, dressing/undressing, grooming, personal hygiene, incontinence care, etc. Take vital signs as assigned. Maintain controls of and administers prescribed medications and treatments for residents Promote self-help and independence of residents by encouraging the maintenance or attainment of the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Perform first aid and initiate emergency response procedures as required.
