LifePoint is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a travel job in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Medical Lab Technician - Discipline:Allied Health Professional - Duration:13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:8 hours, days - Employment Type:Travel A Level III Trauma Center, offering a full-service clinical laboratory accredited by the College of American Pathologists. The lab supports inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and emergency services with same-day results in most disciplines. Role Overview As an MLT, you’ll perform routine and complex laboratory tests in areas such as: - Hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology - Blood bank and transfusion services - Point-of-care testing and quality control You’ll also assist with specimen collection, equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with lab protocols. ? Requirements - Applied Associate degree, or applied Bachelors degree - MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification - Years of Experience: 5 - Required Certifications: MLS or MT or MLS - Familiarity with Meditech lab systems preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
