We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to represent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing at a local Costco location. In this role, you’ll create friendly conversations with members, share information about Sierra’s HVAC services, and schedule appointments for service, diagnostics, or replacement estimates. About the Role You will represent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing at a Costco location by connecting with members and helping them learn about solutions for their home comfort needs. Your primary focus will be starting friendly conversations, sharing information about our HVAC services, and scheduling appointments for our technicians or comfort advisors. You don’t need HVAC experience — we’ll train you. What matters most is your energy, communication skills, and willingness to engage with customers. What You’ll Do Start friendly conversations with Costco members about their home comfort needs Share information about Sierra’s HVAC services, programs, and promotions Schedule qualified appointments for service, diagnostic assessments, or replacement estimates Represent Sierra with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a helpful attitude Work toward appointment-setting goals and team performance targets Build confidence and skills in communication, customer outreach, and sales Maintain accurate information when scheduling appointments What Helps You Succeed (We encourage different skillsets and backgrounds — if you meet most of these, please apply) Comfortable initiating conversations with customers Clear and friendly communication style Positive, helpful attitude Willingness to learn new tools and processes Motivation to grow personally and professionally Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable transportation to your assigned Costco location Compensation Pay Range: $18 – $21 per hour Plus commission opportunities based on appointments and performance. Additional earning opportunities may include spiffs and incentive programs. Minimum Qualifications We keep these limited and essential: Must be 18 years or older Ability to communicate professionally with customers Ability to stand for extended periods of time Reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus — but not required.
