We are seeking a results-oriented individual to join the team as Sprinter Sales Manager. The Sprinter Sales Manager is responsible for building fleet and commercial vehicle retail relationships, presenting Sprinter vehicle solutions, and offering upfitting services. They also manage existing customers, grow the sales base, and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong customer service, sales process knowledge, and leadership skills are essential. Recognize customer needs and create solutions to meet those needs. Assist guests with vehicle selection; promote model options, features, value-add products and services, and purchase/finance options. Facilitate delivery by providing clear explanations of features, operations, warranty and servicing requirements.
