Job Description: Rental Coordinator The Rental Sales Coordinator will focus on growing the rental department. The Rentals will include material handling equipment, skid steer loaders and accessories. Job Duties: • The Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for growing relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned geographic territory. • Will be responsible for attaining a satisfactory sales volume and gross profit margin. • Develop and organize strategies for achieving goals and exceeding quota in rentals and sales of equipment. • Identify customers’ needs along with having the ability to think creatively to provide smart solutions to customers. • Explain the products and options available. • Assign the Repairs and Service Forklift Rentals • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager due to operational needs. • 40 hours per week. Skills and Specifications • 2 years’ experience in Management • 2 years’ experience in sales. • Prospect and develop new customers. • Ability to grow new and existing rental customers. • Team oriented - Work with inside sales to secure customers rental needs. • Manage customers AR account. • Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be a self-motivated and a driven individual. • Computer literacy PAY: $15.00/Hr 10 % commission BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, etc. 40 hours vacation 48 hors Sick 6 Paid Holidays Compensation details: 55000-150000 Yearly Salary PI121826c988e9-25448-39381296
