**Pay depending on experience** **Need to hire several candidates**Looking for an experienced maintenance professional for properties in Bullhead City, Arizona. Pool maintenance is not required but we would like to have someone with pool experience. Must be available for on call emergency after hour work orders, pass a drug screening, and have reliable transportation.ESSENTIAL TASKS: (Employee must be able to perform the following functions to the satisfaction of the employee's supervisor.)--- Inspect buildings, electrical systems, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions, identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair always be aware of what work the property will need or currently needs. Have a general knowledge of multi-family maintenance requirements.--- Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs; replace light bulbs, smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, fire systems, filters, water heater tune-ups, etc..--- Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC system, Boiler system, Water heaters, Swimming Pools.--- Complete maintenance work orders as assigned and in a timely manner.--- Identify and perform basic service and repair on plumbing fixtures; open clogged lines and drains. Properly use a drain snake, basic plumbing skills.--- Identify and assist with carpentry and repair work. Installing/repairing flooring.--- Operate a variety of machinery, equipment and tools including saws, router, drills, sanders, planers, drill presses, drain snake and various hand tools.--- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment; recommend tools, supplies, and equipment for purchase.--- Perform a variety of locksmith duties; install, repair, and replace locks on doors--- Inspect, service, and maintain operational functionality of doors and windows.--- Basic ability to read, interpret and work from drawings, or oral instruction on a variety of structures related to maintenance projects.--- Install or replace plugs, switches, outlets.--- Assist with snow removal, prep property for snow or inclement weather.--- Lawn care/Landscaping. Perform periodic maintenance of lawn equipment. Maintain property on a daily basis. Including trash, dog parks, dog waste if needed.--- Assist with moving loading, unloading and storing supplies, furniture and equipment.--- Respond to 24-hour emergency calls--- Communicate effectively in a professional, tactful and courteous manner with tenants, hotel patrons, employees, and the general public.--- Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourSchedule:* Monday to Friday* On callWork Location: One location
