Position Summary / Objective The Saw Operator is responsible for accurately slotting, cutting, and trimming material in accordance with work orders, production specifications, and safety standards. This role supports Arcadia Inc.’s manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are prepared efficiently, safely, and to quality standards in a fast?paced production environment. Essential Functions Operate saw equipment to cut, slot, and trim various materials according to production orders and specifications Set up, operate, and shut down saw machinery following established procedures Load and unload material onto saw tables safely and efficiently Develop and follow an efficient daily work plan to meet production schedules and deadlines Perform routine safety inspections and pre?operation checks on machinery Conduct basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues as needed Handle painted, anodized, or specialty materials with care to prevent damage Stage, align, and organize materials according to production requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards Requirements, Skills & Competencies Basic to intermediate product and material knowledge relevant to manufacturing operations Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Understanding of machine safety practices and preventative maintenance Ability to work in a fast?paced environment and meet production deadlines Dependable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions Effective teamwork and communication skills Work Authorization Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
