Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated Team Truck Drivers to run over-the-road routes across the United States. Drivers will operate as a team to maximize miles, ensure on-time delivery, and provide safe, professional service. This position offers consistent freight, competitive pay, and a predictable home-time schedule. Responsibilities Operate a Class A tractor-trailer as part of a two-driver team Transport freight safely and efficiently across long-haul routes Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding loads and schedules Deliver freight on time with excellent customer service Schedule Out 3–4 weeks at a time Home for 7 full days Team runs maximize miles and earning potential Pay & Benefits Competitive CPM or weekly team pay Weekly direct deposit Consistent miles Performance and safety bonuses Paid orientation Newer, well-maintained equipment 24/7 dispatch support Requirements Valid Class A CDL At least 6 months – OTR experience Clean driving record Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen Strong work ethic and safety mindset Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with long-haul or coast-to-coast routes Refrigerated or dry van experience
