Job Description Job Description As an Inventory Associate, your
primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate inventory
records, ensure smooth product flow, and uphold regulatory
compliance. You will oversee the receiving, storing, movement, and
proper disposal of cannabis inventory, always adhering to internal
standards and state regulations. This role offers the chance to
work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where teamwork is
essential to success. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory
operations within METRC and Thrive's Inventory Control System (ICS)
to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform regular inventory counts
and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise stock levels.
Oversee the receiving process to confirm products meet state and
city compliance standards, including proper documentation,
labeling, and packaging. Assist with inventory organization
throughout the facility, ensuring products are restocked and
available for sales in a timely manner. Collaborate with facility
managers to conduct inventory audits, adjustments, returns, and
transfers as needed. Create and maintain engaging showroom displays
to enhance customer experience. Maintain proper inventory
documentation, ensuring availability of materials for dispensary,
cultivation, and production use. Ensure all internal and state
regulations are adhered to, including purchase limits, and assist
in barcoding, labeling, and packaging products. Promote a positive,
customer-service-oriented work environment while adhering to state,
local, and company policies. Maintain clean and organized facility
areas to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. Proactively engage
in cross-functional teamwork and other tasks as assigned by
management. Qualifications Proven experience in inventory
management (2 years required), preferably in a cannabis-related
environment. Proficiency in using METRC and familiarity with
Mac-based software and inventory systems. Strong attention to
detail and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve
problems and stay on task. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with a proactive and confident attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment,
with effective multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to
work collaboratively across teams and take direction well. Must be
21 years of age or older and able to obtain required state and city
work cards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and sit
for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable
working on your feet for up to 10 hours and being in front of a
monitor throughout your shift. What We Offer Competitive starting
