Job Description Company Description Paul Padda Law is a personal
injury firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada with an additional office in
Chicago, Illinois. The firm serves clients across Nevada, Illinois
and, to a lesser extent, California as well. Dedicated to helping
personal injury victims get justice, the firm is well-respected and
a true leader in the community. Role Description This is a
full-time on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV. The Intake
Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the client
intake process to ensure a seamless and effective experience. Key
tasks include supervising the intake team, developing and
implementing protocols to improve client onboarding, managing
workflows, and ensuring compliance with company and industry
standards. The Intake Director will also be expected to analyze
data, support team training, and collaborate with other departments
to maintain high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to
interpret data to drive decisions and identify areas for
improvement Proficiency in Sales, with experience in managing leads
and fostering client relationships Experience in Training and
onboarding staff to ensure team competency and skill development
Competency in Project Management, including planning, organization,
and execution of operational processes Excellent communication,
leadership, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with legal services and previous experience in legal
client intake is a plus The position is best suited for someone
