The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fighting for justice on behalf of individuals who have suffered serious injuries as a result of auto accidents, workplace incidents, and other forms of negligence. This role requires a high level of commitment and passion for advocating for clients who have experienced catastrophic injuries or wrongful death. You'll be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where every case is unique and requires a deep understanding of personal injury law. Responsibilities: Represent plaintiffs in court, arguing cases on their behalf and working to achieve the best possible outcomes. Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, workers' compensation, accidents, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. Take and defend depositions (witnesses, experts, etc.) Draft and respond to legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving to secure the maximum compensation for their injuries and losses. Provide legal advice to clients and offer them guidance on how best to navigate their legal journey. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A Personal Injury Attorney, specifically on the plaintiff side. A valid license to practice law in the state of Nevada. Proven track record of successfully representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Deep understanding of and experience with auto accidents, workers' compensation, accidents, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable settlements for clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. High level of integrity and professional ethics. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure. Proficient in legal research and writing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
