Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing:
--- Proactively sourcing agents through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and industry platforms
--- Conducting outreach campaigns that generate interest and warm up prospects
--- Running high-energy intro calls and consults that clearly explain our value prop
--- Managing a clean, organized recruiting pipeline and tracking your metrics
--- Coordinating interviews and onboarding with our leadership and operations team
--- Being the face and voice of our team to potential new agents
--- Working closely with our marketing team to keep recruitment messaging sharp

Qualifications:
You're a Great Fit If You:
--- Have 5+ years of experience in agent recruitment, real estate sales, or team-building
--- Are persuasive, people-smart, and love matching the right talent to the right opportunity
--- Know how to sell value without hype and close conversations with confidence
--- Are organized, proactive, and outcome-driven
--- Thrive in a performance-based environment with clear goals and accountability
--- Understand (or are willing to learn) the mindset, needs, and goals of real estate agents
