Job Description:
Schedule: Part-time Varied Lunch (10:45am-2:30pm) & Dinner
(3:30pm-7:30pm) shifts. Open availability and weekends required,
especially Saturdays. Wage: $17.00 - $17.50 Our Wait Staff play an
essential role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and caring
dining experience for our residents. This position is perfect for
college students, or individuals starting their career. What
matters most is your reliability, compassion, and commitment to
showing up and doing your best for our residents and team. This
role offers a meaningful opportunity to build strong foundational
skills and grow into future careers within clinical services,
administration, or buildings and grounds at HumanGood. To be
successful in the role, you would have: Reliability: Take pride in
showing up on time, prepared, and ready to support your team
Compassion : People-first attitude with a genuine desire to
brighten our residents’ day Prior customer service or food service
experience Prior experience working with seniors (preferred) San
Bernardino County Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to
