Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in
Arizona, requiring an active AZ or compact RN license and at least
one year of recent telemetry experience. Responsibilities -
Position is based in a hospital telemetry unit - Day shift schedule
from 06:30 to 19:00 - 13-week assignment length - Caring for
telemetry patient population - No local travelers allowed within a
50-mile radius of the facility - Travelers who have been permanent
staff at any CHS facility in the past 2 years are not eligible -
Requests for time off must be less than 1 week - All required
documentation must be complete for consideration Requirements -
Active AZ or compact RN license required - Minimum of 1 year of
recent telemetry experience - No work gaps of 90 days or more in
the past 12 months - No certifications may expire within the first
