is Joint Commission Accredited. It has 171 beds. It serves as a
community hospital and regional referral center. It is certified as
a Chest Pain Center. It is a Level III Trauma center. The location
offers outdoor recreation. There are beautiful mountain ranges
paired with serene lake scenery. It is close to major cities: Las
Vegas (2.5 hours drive), Phoenix (3.25 hours drive), Grand Canyon
National Park (3.5 hours drive), and Los Angeles or San Diego (5
hours drive). Unit Profile: The facility has a 2nd-floor trauma
level. The position is within the Endoscopy department. There is
one opening available. The shift runs from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Weekly guaranteed hours are 40. Weekend call requirements are
approximately 7 call days per month. Additional Notes: The
Endoscopy team assists with pre-op admissions and phase 2 when not
in the Endoscopy suite. The facility has 2 Endo suites with a
patient ratio of 1:1. Electronic Health Records are utilized. The
supervisor is Christine Sayre. The patient population includes
adults and geriatrics. Required education is an ADN. The dress code
includes hospital-provided navy blue scrubs. Any unacceptable
attire is not specified.
