nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 03/31/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per
week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Screening:
Prescreen manager review; dysrhythmia exam required (80% within 2
attempts or DNU for 6 months)/nRadius Rule: 50 miles; no
CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity employment in past year/n/nUnit: Telemetry
– Cardiac/Medical (3rd Floor)/nBeds/Ratios: 49 beds | 1:5/nCerts:
BLS, ACLS/n/nPatients: CHF, COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetes,
post-cath, total joint replacement/nSkills: Read/interp tele strips
(sign once/shift); CVA/TIA experience preferred/nDrips: No
titration; Cardizem/Diltiazem at set rate/nCharting: Cerner (1-day
orientation)/n/nSupport: Charge RN & house supervisor; CNAs
1:10–15; RT (BiPAP/CPAP)/nSchedule: 7a–7p or 7p–7a; 2 weekends per
4 weeks; no call/nHolidays: Work 2 days 1 eve or 2 eves 1 day
(major holidays)/nFloating: East Campus; PCU if qualified/nScrubs:
