experience Description: Candidates should indicate if shift
preference is flexible. No block schedule requests are accepted.
48-hour shifts can be considered but not guaranteed. This role is
in a Joint Commission accredited facility with 171 beds. The
facility serves as a community hospital and regional referral
center. It is a certified chest pain center and a level 3 trauma
center. The surrounding area offers outdoor recreational
activities. The location features beautiful mountain ranges and
serene lake scenery. It is within a drive from major cities. The
unit has a total of 30 beds with patient ratios of 1:3 or 1:4.
Patients on the unit may present with conditions such as STEMI,
NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG, Acute Respiratory Failure, and
Atrial Fibrillation with RVR. The facility utilizes an electronic
health record system. Candidates must possess a combination of
required skills and experience to fit the role. Dress code includes
any scrub color, with no unacceptable attire. Personal
characteristics should align with a team-oriented environment.
