Shifts Job Details: Location: 1001 Willow Creek Road, Prescott,
Arizona 86301 Schedule: Monday to Friday Call Coverage Setting:
Clinic and Surgery Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): 1.0 Duties: General
orthopedic cases in both clinic and surgical settings Patient
Volume: 15 clinic patients/day, 6 10 surgical cases/day EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: MA, RN, and front office support Reason for
Coverage: Gap in provider coverage Requirements: Board Certified in
Orthopedic Surgery Active AZ medical license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
Completed Residency (Fellowship if applicable) Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, and DEA Availability for full schedule and call Clean
malpractice history preferred
