Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.
This position will focus on providing specialized pharmaceutical
care to patients undergoing bone marrow therapy. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in oncology and a passion
for improving patient outcomes through personalized medication
management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with physicians and
other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment
plans for patients undergoing bone marrow therapy - Monitor
patients' response to medications and adjust dosages as needed to
ensure optimal outcomes - Educate patients and their families on
the proper use and potential side effects of medications - Conduct
medication reconciliation and ensure appropriate drug therapy is
prescribed - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
discuss patient progress and make recommendations for treatment
adjustments - Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in bone
marrow therapy and incorporate this knowledge into patient care -
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and communicate with
other healthcare providers as needed - Adhere to all state and
federal regulations related to pharmaceutical care and patient
confidentiality Qualifications: - Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an
accredited institution - Active pharmacist license in the state of
Nevada - Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology pharmacy,
preferably in a bone marrow transplant setting - Strong knowledge
of chemotherapy and other medications commonly used in bone marrow
therapy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in
using electronic medical records and other computer systems -
