Job Description About Us: We are building a state-of-the-art,
96-bed addiction recovery center with a vision to provide the
highest level of evidence-based, compassionate care. As a startup,
this is a rare opportunity for a forward-thinking medical
professional to help shape the foundation of a new recovery center
from the ground up. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate
and experienced medical professional to serve as a consultant as we
prepare to open the facility in the Spring of 2026 (currently under
construction). Upon completion of the consultant phase as we
develop the facility, the intent is to have the candidate
transition into the role of Medical Director, to oversee all
medical aspects of our recovery program. This role is ideal for a
leader who wants to bring their best ideas to the table,
collaborate with a dynamic team, and build a best-in-class
treatment model that will set the standard in the field of
addiction medicine. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and
implementation of medical policies, protocols, and procedures for
the recovery center. Oversee medical detox, medication-assisted
treatment (MAT), and psychiatric/medical services for residents.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to design and deliver an
integrated, multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Recruit,
train, and supervise medical staff, including physicians, nurse
practitioners, and nursing staff. Ensure compliance with all
federal, state, and accreditation regulations. Serve as the primary
liaison with community partners, referral sources, and regulatory
bodies. Play a central role in strategic planning, quality
improvement, and program development. Qualifications: MD, DO or
APRN, board-certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, or a
related specialty. Current medical license in Nevada. Minimum 5
years’ clinical experience in addiction medicine, behavioral
health, or related field. Prior leadership or administrative
experience strongly preferred. Entrepreneurial spirit and interest
in developing a program from the ground up. Strong commitment to
