Job Description:

community health, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy
Manager to lead our dynamic pharmacy team. With a commitment to
improving the well-being of our customers, the Pharmacy Manager
will oversee daily operations within our state-of-the-art
facilities, ensuring effective service delivery that complies with
all regulatory policies and procedures. Manage daily operations of
the pharmacy department, including staff scheduling, prescription
handling, and patient consultation Ensure compliance with federal,
state, and local pharmacy laws, and maintain standards of pharmacy
practice Provide exceptional customer service, including managing
and resolving complex customer concerns promptly Supervise and
mentor pharmacy staff, promoting a productive work environment and
ongoing professional development Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate patient
medications and their use Prepare, control, and monitor pharmacy
budget to maintain inventory and resources Implement health and
wellness activities and facilitate community health care clinics
Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions, drugs, and
controlled substances Strong leadership and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and regulatory
compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced
environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
