Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting,
supporting students to develop skills necessary for academic and
daily living success. This contract role offers work from January
12, 2026, through April 6, 2026, with the possibility of renewal.
Location: Fontana, CA Duration: Contract, Current School Year (CSY)
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver occupational therapy assessments
and intervention plans tailored to K-12 students individual
educational needs. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. - Document
therapy sessions, monitor outcomes, and maintain compliance with
educational and therapeutic standards. - Adapt strategies to align
with the school environment and student goals.
Qualifications/Experience: - Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with valid
credentials. - Demonstrated experience working specifically in K-12
school settings is required. - Strong understanding of educational
laws and student development related to occupational therapy. -
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
