We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist to provide exceptional inpatient pediatric care in Lake Havasu City, known for its scenic beauty and outdoor lifestyle. Required Skills: Valid medical license in relevant jurisdiction Board certification or eligible in Pediatrics Proven experience in pediatric inpatient care Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle call rotations and manage newborn care effectively Nice to Have Skills: Experience with CLIA-waived testing procedures Knowledge of local hospital workflows and resources Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Minimum of 2 years hospitalist or pediatric inpatient experience Previous experience working in a clinic/hospital setting preferred Other Requirements: Ability to work a schedule including clinic duties, call coverage, and weekend shifts Willingness to participate in rotating call schedule, including newborn care Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferable Documentation of all overtime and call hours on timesheet for accurate billing and compliance This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification reimbursements, and travel stipends when applicable.
