Job Description:
Job Description I’m partnering with a long-standing nonprofit
veterinary organization in Las Vegas that has been serving the
community for over 25 years. This is a purpose-driven hospital with
a clear mission: increasing access to essential veterinary care for
owned pets and community cats, particularly for low-income
families. If you’re motivated by impact, teamwork, and sustainable

from traditional GP practice. The clinic focuses on high-volume
spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchipping, allowing
veterinarians to work efficiently while making a tangible
difference every single day. You’ll be joining a small, experienced
team of doctors and support staff in a calm, well-structured
environment with no emergency work, no weekends, no on-call duties,
and a predictable four-day work week . The current Medical Director
is hands-on, highly skilled surgically, and committed to mentoring,
making this an excellent option for both experienced surgeons and
newer graduates looking to build confidence in surgery with strong
