Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Yavapai Regional
Medical Group is seeking a PRN outpatient Nurse Practitioner to
join our Dementia Screening Clinic in Prescott, AZ. Under direction
from the CMO, the candidate provides patient care in an outpatient
setting by diagnosing and treating disorders and diseases,
performing patient exams, ordering or conducting diagnostic
testing, and developing ongoing treatment and disease-management
plans. In this role, the candidate will also prescribe medication
and coordinate referrals as necessary, conduct early-detection
screenings and maintain accurate patient records and charts. The
ideal candidate: Has excellent clinical skills Is dedicated to
delivering high quality, compassionate care to patients Is licensed
to practice medicine in the state of Arizona Is board certified or
board eligible in their specialty Demonstrates a work history of
positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff,
hospital-based providers, administrators and patients Demonstrates
advanced competency in their specialty Experience in diagnosing and
treating dementia and related conditions Job Requirements Graduate
of an accredited program with a Masters degree in Nursing Compact
state or Arizona RN license Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license
National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty
under AZ regulations Must possess strong interpersonal skills and
effective verbal/written communication abilities Must demonstrate
effective task prioritization skills and independent problem
solving abilities Valid DEA registration American Heart Association

Pay Range $51.66 - $82.14 /hour
