Job Description We are hiring for a reputable, physician-led ophthalmology group in Las Vegas, NV, seeking a fellowship- - trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join their premier multispecialty practice! Practice Setting: - Ownership: Private Equity–backed, multi-specialty ophthalmology group - EMR: ModMed - ASC Onsite: Yes (high-volume, cataract-focused surgery center) - Support Staff: Dedicated scribes and technicians (scales with volume) - Current Staff: 4 MDs, multispecialty team - Surgeon Volume Expectation: 30–35 patients/day - Practice Volume: Highest cataract surgical volume in the state of Nevada Role Highlights: - Work alongside another fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon from a top-tier program - Immediate patient volume with built-in referrals from 4 other multispecialty groups - Turnkey practice with long-standing reputation - Highly collaborative team with multiple specialists onsite for same-day consults - Preferred payer contracts and strong brand recognition, 70% Las Vegas market share - Modern equipment and facilities across 5 locations - Supportive work culture with long-term staff retention (20 year tenures common) Compensation & Benefits: - Target Compensation: $350 000.00 basic - Bonuses Offered: - Sign-on, Retention, Starting, Relocation, Productivity, and more. - Benefits Include: - Employer-paid medical insurance premiums - CME allowance - PTO - Licensing, DEA, and malpractice covered - Relocation assistance available
