LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Management Director for a local contract nursing job in Las Vegas, Nevada. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/18/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Required: - Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Nursing, Health Admin, or Business preferred) - RN, LCSW, or LMSW licensure - 3 years acute care hospital case management experience - 2 years case management leadership experience - Strong ability to analyze data, create action plans, and implement initiatives - Experience building strategic relationships with physicians and post-acute care Preferred / Nice to Have: - Executive leadership in large hospital systems - Experience with high-volume, complex hospital settings About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
