Applicants should have a current AZ RN License. Additional
Requirements include: - Associates Degree in Nursing, required -
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred - Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of
hire - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 45 days of
hire - Handle With Care - within 30 days of hire Valley View
