Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Kingman, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Circulator OR /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 4-10 hour shifts per week from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM /n• 2-3 late shift requirements from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM per month /n• On-call requirement approximately 1 shift per week and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month for a total of 5 days per month /n• Work independently during call and weekend call shifts as Lead or Charge Nurse /n• Responsible for coordinating patient transfers, pre-operative workup, and intraoperative circulation /n• Serve as secondary PACU RN for final patient of the day /n• Provide nursing care in 6 busy OR suites performing General, Ortho, Neuro, Podiatry, GYN, Thoracic, and Endocrine procedures /n• Work in 2 Endo suites and 1 Cysto suite /n• Maintain 1:1 nurse to patient ratio /n• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as OR Circulator (within past 6 months) required /n• Associate Degree in Nursing required /n• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license required /n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Basic EKG competency /n• CNOR certification preferred /n• Surgical scrubs provided, closed-toe shoes required /n• 1 day hospital orientation and 1-3 shifts in OR for training /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical department with 6 busy operating rooms and specialized procedure suites.
