Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/01/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: MRI Tech Job Details: • Work Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM • Weekend day shifts and weeknight evening shifts available • On-call responsibilities shared among 5 technicians (1 day per week) • Work independently without direct supervision • Perform various MRI procedures including abdominal MRA/MRV, head/neck/spine imaging, upper/lower extremities, chest/breast, and MRCP • Utilize gradient echo imaging techniques • Operate 1.5T and 3T GE LX scanners with level 23 software • Required certifications: ARRT, CRT, BLS (American Heart Association) • Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience required • Must be graduate of Radiologic Technologist program • Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs • Training provided by lead MRI technician on Meditech, UV PACS, and both scanner systems • Must demonstrate proficiency with MRI safety compliance requirements and advanced angiography procedures • Responsible for patient positioning, contrast administration evaluation, and quality diagnostic imaging Facility: This 280-bed healthcare facility provides comprehensive diagnostic imaging services with state-of-the-art MRI technology.
