Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Kingman, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Care for 5-6 patients requiring in-patient hospitalization for medical or surgical issues/procedures /n• Work with Pyxis medication station, Meditch charting, Alariz IV pumps, and remote telemetry system /n• Must be willing to work every other weekend or one weekend shift per week (Saturday and Sunday) /n• Work on unit with up to one other nurse and LNA/UC /n• Float to all med surg remote tele units on 2nd and 3rd floors /n• Occasional float to PCU when needed (required) /n• Nurse to patient ratio of 5-6:1 /n• 2-3 shifts of floor orientation plus mandatory 8 hours of hospital orientation on Monday /n• Navy blue dress code required /n• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required /n• Must be EKG competent /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS /n• Active Arizona nursing license in good standing required /n• No local travelers within 50 miles /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility features multiple medical surgical telemetry units across two floors with a total capacity ranging from 14 to 23 beds per unit.
