Growing together. /n Southwest Medical Associates (SMA) is a multi-specialty group of physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants consisting of over 300 providers, 21 medical health centers including six urgent care clinics, four convenient care centers, two lifestyle centers catering to older adults, an outpatient surgery center, plus E-visits and online options via Now Clinic telemedicine technology. SMA has an exciting practice opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our Gastroenterology team in Las Vegas, NV. /n /n Position Highlights: /n /n - Outpatient position involving seeing new and existing patients in office and in our ASC /n - Very desirable Monday through Friday schedule with no call required /n - Typical patient mix involves 60% procedure time and 40% office/clinic time /n - Provide GI clinical services as required for patient cases such as colon cancer screens, IBS, IBD, liver disease, etc. /n /n /n Compensation & Benefits Highlights /n /n - Attractive base salary, sign on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan /n - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, STD/LTD, professional liability, 401K with match, as well as PTO, 8 paid company holidays and one week of paid CME /n /n You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: /n /n - MD or DO /n - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology /n - Active and unrestricted license in NV, or ability to obtain prior to employment /n - DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment /n /n Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $451,978 to $692,344 annually. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
