AZ License
1 year experience

BLS

ACLS

No local travelers within 50 miles
Willing and able to float to PCU
Willing and able to float among Med Surg/Tele units
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 5-6:1
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. - 2nd floor has 4 units, 2E = 20, 2S = 14, 2C = 23, and 2N = 17,

3rd floor has 3 units CDU = 20, 3N= 20, 3S = 23
