Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential therapy services in educational settings. This role is crucial in assisting students to enhance their communication abilities and address various speech and language challenges.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech and language capabilities.
• Design personalized therapy strategies tailored to individual assessment outcomes and student requirements.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions focusing on areas such as articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and engaging activities to foster speech and language growth.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights regarding students' speech and language objectives.Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in providing therapy services within educational or pediatric environments.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic methodologies in pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Experience in teletherapy or online counseling is preferred.
