more---Position Summary:The PACU/ASU Registered Nurse promotes and
restores patients' health by completing the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing
care for pre- and post-operative patients recovering from general,
local, and regional anesthesia based upon age specific and cultural
needs.Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited
professional nursing programBachelor's degree from an accredited
professional nursing programValid AZ state RN License or valid
multistate license from a recognized compact state acceptable to
AZAdvance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS)ASPAN preferredAPEX training as assigned and
completed within 90 days of hire and annually thereafterNIH stroke
scale completed within 90 days of hire and annually thereafterEKG
