This is done in a collaboration multidisciplinary approach embracing quality and safety.Coordinates delivery of care for the unit and facilitates problem solving with staff members and communicates necessary issues with unit director.Assures quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments, following philosophies and standards of care set by Arizona State Board of nursing and other governing agency regulationsTo perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.Every effort has been made to make this job description as complete as possible. If the certification is not from AHA, new hire employee will have 30 days after hire to obtain.
