(Full Time) to join our Therapy Services Team! Located in northwest

- So much more! Key Responsibilities With each patient encounter,
the incumbent shall use AIDET, perform hand hygiene, assists with
positioning patient for comfort and pain management, and performs
environment check prior to leaving patient s room and/or maintains
a clean and organized environment. --- Review the Physical Therapy
evaluation and Plan of Care. Discuss with supervising Physical
Therapist as necessary. --- Provide appropriate therapeutic
interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist. --- Evaluate
patient response to treatment and modify interventions as
necessary. --- Document the course of patient care including
progress made toward goals. Discuss with supervising Physical
Therapist the continuing need for treatment. --- Provide patient
and/or family education to help achieve goals. --- Documentation is
complete and accurate, meeting all KRMC, Arizona State Board of
Physical Therapy, and Medicare regulatory requirements. --- Billing
is completed by the end of each shift, accurate, meets reasonable
and necessary requirements, and is justified in the documentation.
--- Individual productivity meets department standards. --- Patient
satisfaction will meet or exceed department standards. --- Adhere
to policies, rules, and regulations from KHI, Arizona State Board
of Physical Therapy, and Medicare. --- Assists with orientation of
new staff as requested. --- Assists with the Physical Therapy
Assistant student program. --- Participate in staff meetings,
client relation, and marketing activities. Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree through an APTA approved program
or foreign equivalent
- Licensure: Current PTA through the Arizona State Board of
Physical Therapy
- Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association or
American Red Cross
- Experience: Working with adult and geriatric population Apply
