Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p Job Setting: Outpatient Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care, Ages 5 and Older Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days Must have an active Arizonastate license Coverage as soon as possible and ongoing Facility Location Bullhead Cityis conveniently situatedalong the eastern shore ofthe Colorado River in northwest Arizona, and boasts ofmiles of desert trailsand clear waterways. Some places to visit close-by are Lake Mead, the Arizona Veteran Memorial and the Colorado River Museum.
