This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required
to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules
during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm PST. Shift will
be assigned upon start. It may be necessary, given the business
need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2010
Wellness Way, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV.
We offer weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the
training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:
Scans documents into patients charts
Files documents into patients charts
Match unmatched labs in the portal
Edit and send provider dictation
Request medical records for patient upcoming appointment
Must have Medical office experience and understand the difference
between medical record document types ie: radiology, labs, hospital
consults
Must be extremely detailed oriented and have the ability to multi -
task
Other duties as assigned
This is a high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to
be efficient, productive, and thorough.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age OR older
1+ years of experience in a medical office and / OR medical records
position
Ability to type and talk at the same time and navigate through
multiple screens
Experience with computers and Windows based programs including
Microsoft Word (create, edit, save, and send documents), Microsoft
Excel (create, edit, sort, filter), Microsoft Outlook
Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with medical office processes
1+ years of related work experience including data entry
Experience with EMR computer applications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based
on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including
but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum
