discrimination.QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human services-related discipline plus
three years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with community
partners to ensure the program operates as contracted.
- Strong communication skills include composing narratives,
summaries, and projections and articulating verbally and
professionally.
- Ability to examine financial expenditures against goals to
ensure program progression.
- Possess cultural competency with people of diverse backgrounds
and circumstances.
- Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Adobe) and external data collection systems such as HMIS/CMIS.
- Possess a working knowledge of cycles that affect at-risk
individuals/families and those experiencing homelessness
preferred.
- Must possess a valid Nevada driver's license and pass a motor
vehicle record check.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee OPERATION HOME! Rapid Rehousing Program data.
- Develop a program logic model and SWOT analysis.
- Communicate operational challenges, growth, and strategic
planning directly with the Family Services Coordinator.
- Responsible for data collection and reporting information of
the program to Leadership.
- Ongoing review of program compliance, allocations, and
spending.
- Develop and manage data for the performance measurement monthly
report and submit accordingly.
- Develop and conduct client surveys, key informant interviews,
and follow-up with clients after they move-in.
- Responsible for data collection to complete and conduct a
community needs assessment, based on client surveys.
- Assist the Family Services Coordinator with grant submission
and renewal.
- Assistance with or participation in seasonal programs
facilitated by Family Services.
- Participate in all Clark County Social Services meetings and
training related to the program.
- Conduct intake, discharge, and aftercare file reviews.
- Periodically screen potential enrollees via phone or online
application. Disseminate to case managers on a weekly/ bi-weekly
basis.
- Monitor, record, and report the progression of individuals and
families through program participation.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis including descriptive and
inferential statistical analysis.
- Develop statistical frameworks for evaluating service quality,
including preparing tables with results and disseminating
statistical methods.
- Maintain client databases and referrals for services and
generate reports.
- Review client data in HMIS/CMIS for accuracy and generate
reports.
- Always maintain participant confidentiality.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.PHYSICAL

information.
