Description

Kindred Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate, creative and goal-oriented Director of Plant Operations to join the team at Talas Harbor at Bullhead Cityand have an immediate impact on expanding on our success, growing our services and fulfilling our mission of improving the lives of all we touch. As a Director of Plant Operations you will:

• Responsible for ensuring the physical plant meets all The Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA and state regulations to ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors.
• Performs all scheduled inspections, testing, and drills, as required by state, federal government, The Joint Commission and NFPA.
• Documents these and reports outcomes to Safety Committee in a timely manner.
• Director ensures the maintenance of a safe, functional, and clean physical environment for patients, employees and guests.
• Responsible for overseeing standards and procedures of food preparation, menu development, service, equipment, sanitation, infection control, and employee safety.
• Ensures quality of menu, food, and service.
• Prepares, orders, and ensures accurate and sufficient inventory. Keeps facility compliant with all health department, TJC, state, and federal regulations.
  Qualifications
  
  Asa Director of Plant Operations you will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration/Accounting, Health Administration, PublicAdministration, Basic Science or a related field preferred.
  • CPR certification andCrisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
  • May be required to workflexible hours and overtime.
  • Three years of relatedadministrative, managerial and/or supervisory experience in plant operations ina hospital setting.
  • Strong understanding ofregulatory requirements.
