Essential Job Funtions: A self-motivating personality with good communication skills is desired. Client interaction and coordination on a frequent basis. Effectively fosters relationships with team members and clients, as well as industry stakeholders and regulators. Participates in business development activities, such as; marketing, developing project win strategies, and preparing technical data for proposals and interviews. Ensure quality program management with implementation of quality control standards. A solid understanding of the National Electrical Code and its application. Responsibilities: Creation and management of the electrical scope of work for the project. Oversee development of detailed design drawings including one line diagrams, plans, details, wiring diagrams and fabrication drawings. Proficiency with SKM system analysis software and short circuit and arc flash analysis. Sizing of overall electrical power distribution systems including service entrances, switchgear, MCCs, panel boards, unit substations, and transformer sizing. Specification, selection and review of electrical equipment to meet the performance requirements. Develop and maintain labor and material estimates and budgets for projects. Develop and maintain progress, quality control, schedule, staffing planning and coordination with project management including regular reporting. Coordination of communications between the project team, the engineering and design team members to assure quality of work.
