growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their
home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC
equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic
role. You have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems and
the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired,
installed, or replaced, and why. If this sounds like the perfect

Responsibilities: Execute maintenance and installation of HVAC
equipment for homes and offices Identify and fix HVAC problems,
including component replacement and installation Enter completed
projects and the parts used into the database Check newly installed
components to make sure they work Read and apply electrical
schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Diagnose and
repair a variety of equipment Execute maintenance and installation
of HVACR equipment at various locations Quote customers for the
cost of HVACR repairs, replacements, and services Enter completed
projects and parts used into the database Qualifications:
Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a
technical school or 1 years experience in the field as an HVAC
helper or equivalent Provide outstanding communication to a diverse
group of customers and a good problem-solver Applicant must have
high school diploma or equivalent Applicant must have required
local and state HVAC tech licenses Must be able to safely lift 50
lbs or 100 lbs with help Minimum of 5 years experience About
