General Description We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to join our creative team at Lifeskills, an award-winning company. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create elegant, clean, minimal design based on an established brand aesthetic and style Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into compelling designs that will appear in printed and online marketing channels: client eLearning modules, flyers, presentations, posters, direct mail, webpages, email, web banners, social media graphics, iconography and other creative assets that preserve and elevate the Intellezy brand. Work with the creative team to brainstorm and share design perspectives, ideas, and understand project scope and objectives. Experience and Skills: 3 years’ experience in graphic design An impressive creative portfolio that clearly shows knowledge and execution of good graphic design Strong, polished aesthetic, meticulous sense of detail, and ability to create simple solutions to complex design challenges Knowledge of layouts, grids, graphic fundamentals, proportion, perspective, composition, typography, color theory, print, and the web High level of proficiency with industry standard Adobe CC applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to take creative direction, adapt on the fly, and offer solutions that drive to succeed.
