Nevada to be considered for this role. Our in-house permitting team
is a key function for driving fast, reliable permitting outcomes
for our customers. In this role, you will: Support our lead project
managers in delivering great permitting outcomes for customers Help
conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy Assist in
preparing permit plans Collaborate with city staff on nuances and
ambiguities Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses
Provide feedback to product & engineering teams to help refine our
software platform Work with permitting leadership to refine our
standard operating procedures Who You Are To be successful in this
role, you are likely someone with: 2 years in either construction
management or architecture, with a focus on project management
Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits Ability
to research permit requirements with accuracy Comfortable
interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processes
Clear communicator with a strong attention to detail Proactive
problem solver
